Booking & Application Policy
Application should be submitted at least 30 days before the provisional date of departure.
Travel Dukaan will confirm your booking within 07 days of your application.
When the booking is made, the following details must be disclosed:
- Full name as in passport
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Sex
- Occupation
- Medical certificate for high-altitude travel

Upon confirmation, 100% deposit is required at least 1 month before the commencement of the tour along with a passport.

All clients must carry valid ID proof (Voter ID) while traveling by air.

The itinerary may change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, natural calamities, or changes by Chinese authorities.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Consultation Fee: Rs. 20,000/- (Non-refundable)
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29–20 days before departure
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled between 19–08 days before departure
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 7 days before departure
Travel Dukaan reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour, itinerary, or yatra dates due to unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, natural calamities, changes by Chinese authorities, or quota restrictions (CIPSC).
In such cases, Travel Dukaan will not be liable for any losses and will offer alternative dates.
The yatri must accept available dates in the current year, or the booking will be adjusted to the next year.
Otherwise, the amount paid will be forfeited.
Our Liabilities & Limitations
Limited Responsibility for Third-Party Services
Travel Dukaan acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation services, and tour operators.
We are not responsible for:
- Any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by service quality, delays, or cancellations
- Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party services
Force Majeure
Travel Dukaan shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
- Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
- Health emergencies or pandemics
- Government regulations, strikes, or industrial actions
Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:
- Valid passport, visa, and required documentation
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations
Travel Dukaan recommends having adequate insurance but is not responsible for any coverage gaps.
